Update: IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT INSTALL THIS TRAP! You need all kinds of equipment, gadgets, tools in order to even attempt to replicate the recipes. The videos are short and fast. They don't walk you through a complicated recipe. They don't teach. I learned nothing. Pure dissapointment. And very hard to cancel!!

Thank you for your review. Gronda is a platform where chefs share real recipes from their restaurants, which may be challenging to recreate in a standard kitchen. However, there are many recipes, including those from Michelin-starred restaurants, that are easily made at home. Give it a try!

Overall great app to get ideas and recipes from other chefs. After paying the subscription though anytime I open the app I have to restore the subscription before being able to view stuff. Not sure why it isn't just saving that data. Thankfully it hasn't been recharging me everytime but is still an inconvenience when trying to quickly look at something. Edit: The Gronda team reached out to me quickly and resolved the issue. Very happy to move to 5 stars for the quick and efficient fix.

I'm paying for the service and I enjoy it so far, but how can I make the subtitles English by default? I have to stop each video and change the subtitle language every time. I understand it's in beta, but it's frustrating. Also, stopping the video to change the subtitle language can cause me to have to restart the entire thing and it's hard to keep interest. I want to like it, but it keeps defaulting to German subtitles, which I'm not proficient enough in to read and understand quick enough.

just checked back with our product team. The default language of the subtitles is always your language setting in the app. You can change it in your profile > ☰ Menu (top right corner) > ⚙️ Settings > Language.
