App doesn't allow me to take photos which is a big inconvenience wasn't able to get in touch with customer service instead I was prompted to leave a voicemail. Received a rating in jeopardy of being decreased because lawn wasn't completed when the lawn was completed there was just an issue with taking pictures in the app. Finally I was able to log in via the web to upload photo of the lawn service provided. We need to have a better support team or system I place

The system when working right is great. In the two years ( yes I have been using it that long ) it has made me a fair amount off money. In those two years it has screwed me up more than I care to think off. Now it wants me to download this new version and after 6 attempts and getting ( the app will download in a little while ) well its getting a little aggravating. Without the app I can't download the completed work heck I can't even see what I have up next. Like I said it makes me money bu

Offers very little help for providers.... They provide the job and opportunity to bid on the job, all's well. Until you realize that the process the customers go through for verification is less extensive than for the providers. I have a total of 2 customers as of 9-30-2019 who have not paid due to "wrong card information" and "insufficient funds". Ok, no problem, green pal I'm sure has an awesome team willing to reimburse it's providers for situations like this..... NOPE.
