Using smart outlets for lamps currently. Works as expected! Easy set up and programming. It would be great if I could set a vacation mode that might randomize lights on/off pattern. But I can manually adjust any lamps if needed. Was able to share app and light settings with son so he can control, too. Very happy with purchase and bought 2 more. Been using for awhile. Sometimes glitches and some plugs forget when a schedule was changed. Not a huge deal but annoying.

I can no longer get my smart plugs to connect to my smartphone and my internet since I installed the newest update from gosund yesterday. And I never had any problems connecting them before installing that update yesterday. The problem is that when I put my password into the required field and push next, a red ×appears above the password. And it will still continue to search for the network but the timer runs out of time because it can't connect connect to the internet.

Switch to smart life! This app is so buggy. But the devices are good. As others have said, switch to the smart life app and the experience is so much better. All my finicky switches work perfectly now. Flaky scheduling issues are gone. Note that the apps are almost identical, with gosund being clearly derivative. You'll understand it right away.
