Service was great while we were using it in the country we signed up for it in (the US). We needed the international service while out of the country for work and to my genuine surprise, I don't have any coverage. I can send and receive texts from my US contacts but only when connected to wifi. Zero data coverage anywhere despite having that being a confirmed feature of the international plan. Contacted support for this issue and (after 45 minutes) the agent told me they couldn't fix the issue.

I cannot express enough how insane it is to me that a cell phone can have full 5G signal or be on Wi-Fi and be unable to connect to the internet. This has been a consistent problem for *years*, and it's been made crystal clear that Google has no intent to fix it. If you only need your phone occasionally for emergencies, it's cheap compared to most other plans. But if you actually need a phone, like say, for a job or literally anything else? Choose another provider.

service ok for city, but not for traveling. Especially, if you travel for work, don't believe the coverage map on the website. I travel for work around Nevada and got GoogleFi by looking at the map on the website (zooming in and typing in mulitple zip codes). Definitely, not nearly accurate in the territories, I feel scammed. Again, in Cities, its ok.
