Pick-up poorly designed. No option for in-store pickup, and devs give no option to select anything but a conventional car. Even tapping "other" gives us no way to type in "motorcycle" or "ebike." Beyond that... still really glitchy. Frequently see "no soup for you" messages that imply no special offers available, no pickup times, etc but they often go away with a refresh. Comically, even the "Give Website/App Feedback" button doesn't work. Like, at all. Goes to a blank page with just a header.

It's one of the best apps I have used bar none. It beats all of the other grocery store apps I've used and even many restaurant apps. Easy to use, and it iprogram, a loyalty progam, and points are updated and available minutes after shopping. You can price any item in the store through the Giant app and even different varieties of a product. This app is AWESOME!

As much as I love this store and app, recently the app/online experience has been brutal. Although I can log in, it doesn't recognize past orders or my previous purchases. Worst of all, when I begin to search for items, it always says they can't find it. Not out of stock but nonexistent. If anyone from corporate is reading, please help!
