Cannot use app to file weekly certification!!! Every time you try there's an HTTP 404 server error. From reading past reviews, it appears this has been an unresolved issue for a while. Ironic that so many of us in software support and development have been laid off, and yet for years Louisiana cannot fix this broken junk app so we can get our piddly $275/week unemployment benefits and be able to eat.

I went far for my weekly certification every time I go there to do that it always shows an error message to make matters worse it doesn't never gets resolved and people are really trying to do this but no one wants to fix this I mean people are trying to do their best they can't do it if something doesn't work

Not a bad app. and not too complicated to use or figure out! I'm also fairly new at using the hire website and the app so I may not have found out how to do certain things in the LA Hire application yet, so sorry in advance if I am mistaken but you cant hardly fix or change anything (ex. Make updates, look at all your acct info., etc.) You always need to go online for that so it is kind of pointless in my opinion but maybe the update I just downloaded helps! 👍
