Keep a Genisys branch in your back pocket! The Genisys mobile app allows you to manage your accounts anywhere and everywhere! Check balances, transfer money, pay bills, deposit checks, apply for loans, manage account alerts, search for free ATMs and more – all from your phone or tablet.

Registration can be done right from your device. A first-time login will receive an activation code by email, phone or text message. Please note, users of previous versions of the Genisys mobile app must register as new users, credentials do not transfer.

Our personal loans have a minimum repayment period of 12 months and a maximum repayment period of 60 months. The Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) for a personal loan is 18.00%. Our minimum offered loan amount is $1,000 and our maximum offered loan amount is $50,000.

Not all applicants may qualify for the most favorable rates or the highest possible loan amounts. Approval and actual loan terms depend on credit union membership history and credit risk evaluations (including responsible credit history, debt-to-income information, and availability of collateral). Highly qualified applicants may be offered higher loan amounts and/or lower APRs. Personal loans may not be used for college or post-college education expenses, business or commercial purposes, buying crypto or other speculative investments, gambling, or illegal purposes. Active-duty military, their spouses or dependents covered by the Military Lending Act may not pledge a vehicle as collateral.

Consider a loan where the borrower receives $10,000 at an APR of 18.00% over 48 months.
The borrower would repay $293.36 every month.
The total amount paid for the loan would be $14,080.91.

Actual loan terms may vary and depend on the prospective borrower’s credit profile, debts, income, membership history, etc.

Some of our loan options are intended for consolidating existing debts into a single loan. When consolidating existing debts or refinancing an existing loan, total finance charges and money owed over the period of the new loan may be more than the existing debt due to longer terms or higher interest rates.

The app works well. My only complaint is that when I pay bills, it doesn't deduct from the available balance until it actually goes through. You can tend to forget what's actually available. Update Still no change, but I found it better to just schedule apps directly from the billers' accounts. At least that way, when it comes out, it deducts properly.

Thank you for your suggestion to update the available balance with pending payments scheduled through Bill Pay. We will review this request for a possible future enhancement to our mobile app.

A couple days ago I gave feedback. Now here is more. In the old app, when I added linked accounts they would appear in the order in which I added them. Basically, in the order of importance. In the new app, it is choosing the order in which the account appears. It is frustrating to scroll past my 8-year old's account which never changes in order to look at the joint account with my wife.

Thank you for the feedback. If you choose Edit Display Options in the menu, you can change how your memberships are ordered. You can order memberships, and accounts within memberships, in any order you choose. This choice will carry over between mobile and online banking also.

after playing around with the app for 30 minutes my impression is positive Pros: - Fingerprint Login (fast) - Consistent: UI is similar to the new site. crisp, clean, and super green -Card Controls seem incredibly useful and helpful Cons: -Font is big for account balances. This is nice on the eyes, but when in public I'll miss the privacy of small font not advertising my balances. -App does not show "source" and "destination" for tranfers(within acct or to other member). Very disappointing
