Stay connected to your Genetec™ Security Center system from anywhere with Genetec™ Mobile. Access your video surveillance, access control, automatic license plate recognition (ALPR) systems, and much more, on-the-go. Designed for collaboration, Genetec Mobile makes it easier for your security teams to coordinate responses and handle threats.

Any way to get alarm alerts/push messages to come through when the app is not running? Can't find anything in the settings. Cameras and playback work fine and look good. Update 8/12/21 was able to get things configured properly (a month ago) and everything has been stable. Upgraded rating

Hi Ian, Push notifications only work if you are connected to a directory. When you log off, you are unregistered from the push system. Killing the app or placing it in the background will get you notifications. If it doesn't work, don't hesitate to contact us through the Send Feedback features in the setting page.

Works pretty well but this app has some drawbacks vs the old one. One is the fact that you are not able to view more then 1 camera at a time.

Hi Jacob, Thanks for the feedback. It is possible to view multiple cameras from the Area View by long-pressing a camera or by using the multi-select button on the upper-right corner. If you have more features that you think are missing from the previous app, don't hesitate to contact us through the Send Feedback features on the setting page.

Tried to log in but it doesn't give me access to the cameras. Do I need to contact genetec to turn that feature on? The error I get is "directory not trusted"
