Everyone setting up an appliance you need the smart hq app. This is not the right app. Lookup smart hq it's made by GE. Hope this helps people! Older instruction booklets dont have this info!

There is no Update. Now to sign in you must use play store to log in.

Couldn't do anything with it. Sign up, start a new account, nothing. I now see that it may get into my personal photos and more. I question if it is a real app or some sort of scam...horrible...don't bother with it, it will not help you...it even led me to some service that requires payment by credit card...I am not that dumb.
