Stole $20 from me, didn't work and doesn't show the transactions on the app so I can't ask for a refund

SCAM ALERT! My landlord installed a new washer with this app when the old washer died. We never could get the app to work. I loaded $20 into the app as instructed. I have moved and no longer need this app that never worked anyway and would like my $$ refunded. Only contact I can find is email and they all bounce back undelivered.

No way to check the status of the cycle. Rarely notifies you when it's complete. Payment interface gives you network errors intermittently, then adds funds repeatedly. This app should not have been released in it's current state.
