Too much trouble; too many steps to connect it! Thrilled to learn of the app, but couldnt get the wifi to connect in spite of repeating the steps several times, so watched the 1st act without it. Yet when I rechecked app the 2nd act & it was working!? It lagged a bit behind the dialogue. Bottom line: I uninstalled the app. Will use theater's closed caption equipment next time

But they have to look down or look up and hold the whole time. And your wifi doesn't always work. And your captions are 2 sometimes 3 lines ahead of the actual play. I edited my rating because I used it again. But I still don't understand why the theatre can't just hire interpreters.

We have many deaf &HOH people who use our app regularly & they can use holders to hold the phone if needed. We work closely, with the deaf and HOH community to assure out product is useful and easy to use. We don't replace interpreters, we provide an option for every single performance, not an option if a venue is using interpreters only.

Amazing experience for people that have problems getting the lyrics for any reason. Easy to use and incredibly well-syncronized, it made my Hamilton experience a very enjoyable one. Recommended
