Based on your weight, height and activity level, Calory will calculate a suggested daily calorie goal for you. The daily goal will also factor in if you want to maintain, lose or gain weight.

After you know your daily energy requirements, your challenge is to eat the right number of calories!

Calory, meanwhile, will remind you throughout the day to record your calorie intake.

I really love the design and UX of this app! I think it could do with a brief tutorial when you first open it, as it took me a while to work out where everything was, but now I know, it's very enjoyable to use and I love seeing a visual representation of my calories. The only other thing which would improve it for me is to be able to log exercise done, so I can get a more accurate overview of my calories for the day. I know it's still a new app so I'm happy to stick with it and see it improve!

I like the app, it does highlight how easy it is to go over your limits, but one thing i noticed is that the wight lose/gain always stayed at zero, i thought to myself it must just be my consistency?, i deliberately stopped using the app to see if the weight loss/gain moved to loss because my not imputing anything should result in weight loss & after 2 weeks nothing has changed, disappointing this doesn't go up/down with weight, if it did like i thought it would it would be such a motivator

App is clunky, prone to error during entry. Good if you have ability to do mental arithmetic and make manual adjustments to input values. Database of free version is USA centric. Once you get over the idiosyncrasies of the free app, it does help you calculate how many calories you're eating and I have managed to lose 3kg in 3 weeks.
