I miss the old freshsales. This app is helpful for managing contacts and deals while I'm on the go, but I have the Freshsales suite and the app doesn't let me manage my marketing. So, it's only 50% useful to me. For marketing and analytics, I have to use the desktop version. Speaking of analytics. I miss being able to filter and export raw data and create my own reports. I don't want widgets. I'm having to recreate data by hand these days and that's absolutely counter productive.

It's hard to recommend for a midsize or larger company. We're tiny with 6 users. Although they made many improvements to features, support and UI in 2023, not a week goes by when I don't wish we'd have paid a premium for a better, more mature CRM. It's all pretty rough around the edges, and there's little I can do to make the UX one my sales team likes. We lose sales over resultant bare-minimum adoption. And bugs. Warning to devs: API changes w/o notice! They don't seem to know that's bad.

Update (2024): The app still does not provide an easy way to find recent conversations when opening a customer record (you have to tap multiple times). Still no unified place to see an email list. Update (fall 2023): you still don't have a simple place to check and reply to emails. You have to tab at least 5 times to get to conversations. Original: Key feature missing: A single place to check emails. You have to go to each individual user, multiple taps to get to the last email.
