Incredibly disappointing. Was stupid enough to pay twice. Paid for the one transfer option. Attempted Spotify to amazon. Only worked partly after multiple very frustrating attempts. Then signed up for the premium package monthly, stupidly thinking that might be better. But no. It's worse. Multiple attempts to transfer from Spotify to YouTube music completely failed. No progress. Except for 2 incomplete albums/playlists. There are 305 in total. Really it worked so badly, I think this is a scam!

Well that took a lot of money for an app that doesn't even work. I got my 2 music apps connected (apple -> Spotify) and I'll hit select all then it just freezes. I can scroll but that's it. So whats the point? And it's so confusing with how the rename all the albums on this app so I don't even know if it's my actual music? Maybe I'm just stupid but it's really confusing.

I have moved over many playlists, and I bought the basic music transfer option. The app itself doesn't even have like a staying logged in feature and it litterally doesn't work with a paid account properly. It keeps saying I don't have an account. I put the email and pass code in and I still can't transfer unlimited songs. So what's with that.
