About this app
Folder Player Pro is a directory - centric music\mp3 player and is a more advanced version of its free counterpart.
It adds the following capabilities on top of free version:
- Priority updates
- Unlimited tagging, allowing you to create multiple "playlists"
- Extended cross-fading functionality
- Ability to auto-delete tracks during playback
- Option to stop on power loss
- Option to continue playback for next folder, after current folder finishes
- M3U support
Some of the other features shared between two editions:
- playing folder trees AND individual files within folders
- integration with Bluetooth headphones (and your car)
- integration with last.fm (via scrobbler)
- pauses during phone calls and navigation speech
- sequential and random play
- configurable settings
- Equalizer
- Double press headset button to skip track
- Search

Secretly runs in the background even after this Exit and it's the only one that auto starts when I get in my car ,Even though I have several music players and video players that can run music.Can we make this to not auto start and share the $hit out of me when I get into my car? No other music or video app on my phone do that . And there is no auto start option

If you disable auto start option *and* you shutdown the app, there is not even a theoretical possibility for that. If this is still happening this means some external process (like tasker or similar) starts the app. For example, I don't have this problem with my car. Pls write me peter@shashkin.com if you would like to troubleshoot this further.

I used to love this app. Then I bought the premium version. Now it craps out occasionally and needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled about once a week. Update: I appreciate the response. Sometimes Google maps will cause the need to reinstall. So I'm not blaming just you or the app. It's just really frustrating. Still use the app most of the time.

Still would like to understand what is going on. Maybe permissions get reset for the storage, in which case I may try to re request them. Let me know if you see any patterns to this problem, we can troubleshoot together peter@shashkin.com

🔥 I love how much work you have put in this app lately! It's my favourite player by far. The pro version is absolutely worth to buy! I recommend it to anybody who is using a music player. Still use it in 2024. 🔥
