Customer service was less than helpful. A coupon expired while I was about to check out. I reached out to live support and they offered no remedy and "apologized for the inconvenience." They recommended I invite more friends into the app if I want another coupon... I'm not going to recommend people to this app if customer service can't assist with a small issue like the one I had. Edit 3/25: The automated response with no solution to what the actual problem is why their customer service is poor.

I love to see the Flipers faces over and over again. Also how creative they can be with giving reviews. But i don't want to see the same Items reviewed 100 times. After 3 times I am over it. I want to see other Items being reviewed. Even after I change what I would like to see or look it up what I would like. It will go back to the same items. Even if I did not like the items. Doing my best to join the flip family. But for now I'm liking a lot of the items on flip.

Flip has been amazing! I have found some new products that I absolutely love. Sometimes when using the app your unable to create a video and it just won't record or upload so your stuck trying to do this over and over. I can no longer pause a review and then pick it back up anymore unfortunately. I did like that feature. Most of all I have to constantly delete things from my phone to upload videos due to lack of storage. I think this is a me problem though. Otherwise great app, great people!!
