Our 30-day challenges will guide you to your goal in 4 weeks and offer 3 different difficulty levels. The workouts are getting slightly harder every day so by the end of the challenge, you will be able to start a new challenge with a higher difficulty level.

Workouts
Besides 30-day challenges, we offer standalone workouts. Simply select the workout you want and the desired duration (from 5 to 6 minutes). Also, select from 6 different difficulty levels (from beginner to expert).

This app is amazing, short but efficient and I only do it once a day😁. If I do it twice I'll get double the result. I'm just a bit lazy. The most important thing is that everybody's body composition differs so for some their progress rate is faster while others is a bit slower

It's good so far but not having any guiding sound makes it diffficult to use. Would love to use an updated feature with a voice guide. The sound updation came a few weeks ago but now when I re-downloaded it but it's not there again. Please update the app with a sound feature for "customized exercise" section.

Very good lower body- butt and legs workout. Only if it will speak rather than be silent but for the bell sound to indicate start and finish of exercises and silent visuals about what to do next.
