Having great difficulties loading this app, talked to the help line, at the time they were extremely helpful. But afterward when I closed and reopened the app, it is still not working properly. It seems to not accept my birthdate to down load app. Also, having to go back through every month alendar to get to my date is ridiculous, it will not let me just type in my date. Way too many steps to get to simple processes to complete my needs.

The new app is informationally noisy. The readibility is much worse than the old app and it is way too cluttered. All the new promised features are paywalled behind a billable fee. Wish I could switch back to the old app or at least reduce the amount of info thrown at me on each page and space things apart. At least let me swipe away the prompt to add external accounts. It doesn't need to be permanently on the main page! Edit:tried to read the terms for new features- Got blocked by cloudflare

NEW: The app is not allowing me to make transfers. The screen comes up blank. Please fix. For Androids, this app doesn't allow you to scroll up or see all of transactions when you choose load more transactions. Also, it's difficult to locate other banking functions within the app. The deposit check feature was no longer showing as an option.
