Having to use a 16-digit card number to log in to your account is stupid. Using a phone number or email like the thousands of other loyalty programs makes too much sense, I guess. The app has been logging me out lately, and I have to go searching for my 16-digit number to log in. Very annoying.

Downloaded, all info in. Went to sign back in as "existing member" and it tells me "card already exists". Yes, because it's my account number.
