About this app

Whether you’re out adventuring in your Wagoneer, relaxing in the comfort of your home or just about anywhere else, the new available Wagoneer app lets you stay in touch and in control of your vehicle like never before. Need to contact your dealer? No problem—simply use the My Dealer feature to find your preferred dealership’s address, schedule service appointments, or call them directly with the touch of a button. Easily access your vehicle’s info—including the owners manual, service history and more—with the My Garage and Digital Glovebox features. And stay up to date on open recalls using the Recall Alert, so you’re always one step ahead. If your vehicle is equipped, you can remotely start or stop your vehicle, lock or unlock the doors and activate the horn or exterior lights. You now have access to more services than ever, ranging from entertainment to available Navigation, safety and security features and more, all offering new levels of convenience and the peace of mind you deserve. Some features are also available on compatible smartwatches, including the Wear OS watch. Wear OS watch app is a companion app to the mobile app.
Vehicle must be enrolled with Wagoneer Connect, be in an active and usable cellular range, have an active subscription, and properly equipped with remote features. You are responsible for using remote features in accordance with any laws, rules or ordinances in effect in your vehicle’s location. See Terms of Service for service limitations.

When it works, it works fine. But it is really basic. As others have posted, it is the simple things like telling me if it is locked or not? Is it running or not? Even for this latest update...why no notes as to what is in update? How about knowing what profile to put the vehicle into when remote started? My hope is that it is just because it is relatively new? In today's world, development should be super fast and features added daily.

Loved the app in the beginning. For the last few weeks, the app doesn't show the correct mileage, gas, or location (only when I refresh it manually). I like to use it when I'm too far from my Grand Wagoneer to use the remote so I use the app. To unlock/lock doors still work. I have tried signing out, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing is working. Please fix it!

Great when it works. I've had issues with the remote start and locking. Additionally I've had billing just stop and then the app stops working correctly. I love having the ability to lock and unlock my Wagoneer with my phone... but the app doesn't always work. (Also, to the BS response, of course we need an active subscription. You think I'm trying to use the app without one? If your developers are as bad as your support I understand why it randomly stops working.)

Hi, please know, you must have an active subscription and a connected vehicle to utilize most mobile app features. Simply push the Assist button on the rearview mirror or call 1-877-855-8400 to speak with an Agent directly, they'll be more than happy to assist.
