Not going to lie. I fully expected these meals to suck. I have tried 3 other meal preps and have always been disappointed. So far, with Factor, I have been blown away. All meals, and I mean all meals, have been outstanding! The quality is amazing. The prep time I save alone is wonderful. I don't have to think about anything. Throw the meal in my bag, transfer to fridge at work, microwave for 2-3 minutes, Eat! It really is that easy. Delivery is seemless. It always arrives when they say it will!

The food is tasty; damn good actually. My second order was 2 meals short. I called customer service. I was informed I would be refunded but not until my promotional deal was completed. My promotion is 8 boxes. I clarified that I would not receive my credit for 7 wks. I felt that was completely unexceptional. I told them I was canceling. Of course then it would be immediately refunded. Food great, service needs improvement!

The food is excellent. However the app and experience has a lot of work that needs to be done. Even though enabled, push notifications do not work. With a very busy schedule it is sometimes hard to remember that if you do not place your menu selection by Wednesday at midnight it will default to a Chef's Choice, leaving you with food that you may not like. This is rather inconvenient. The delivery company that they utilize has also had its issues. I've gone elsewhere
