About this app

Product of Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC, Q+ is the future of QR based payments in Sri Lanka. This app could also be used around the world and supports both Visa and MasterCard QR Code payments. This app is not restricted to merchants of any particular bank, this could be used locally and globally to process QR based payments.

Any of your COMBANK issued Credit, Debit or Prepaid card could be registered to make the payments through this app. MasterCard, Visa and Lanka Pay cards can be added to the app and you can add up to 5 cards to your app.

Payments can be done by the click of a button. All you have to do is scan the QR and enter the amount and the PIN. Payments are process fast and secure.

Transaction history inquiry can be done up to 06 months transactions. If there is a dispute about the payment transactions, such as duplicate posting, you can raise the dispute through the app.

So far very good, I have use several apps for online payments, some has been good but with updates become useless, this app though is very good very fast and uses otp for transaction the flow is designed to be reliable and fast. Though not have used with other bank cards only commercial bank card for payment. Well done combank team, please keep this up!

Easy to use, .useful application. But now I can't open the q+ app and I tried several times and always error messages appears that"login I'd incorrect data".so I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but the same message appears. Every month I used this app to pay my utility bills I like to know whether this app blocked to me. This problem came after upgrade of the app recently. Please looked in to this matter.

I have been using this app for few months and it worked out perfectly and made my tasks easier but after I got a new card (my old card blocked) and when I try to register my card its showing as "Add card limit exceeds" eventhough I removed my old card from the app. If the issue of this app is fixed it will be much more convenient to use.
