Most useless App and agents - each time it takes more than 30 min to connect to a live agent and more than an hour to receive any kind of information (which is always repetative from the previous chat). If your screen get locked or move to a previous menu (f.e. to copy flight details) it doesn't allow you to get back to the same chat - again you go through new chat with their virtual assistant. I'm waiting for a refund on a cancelled flight from March and still no news. Honestly never again!

This is the worst booking agency anyone should opt for. They take your money and don't pay for your flights. They even charge so much for changes you would like to make on your booking, yet they don't effect the changes leaving you hanging. They also delay refunds for months.

My fr booked a flexible flight. Tried to change the return flight. Called the agency got another reference number to call the airlines. the arlines redirexted back to the agency. Agency's supporter reported "tech issues" as an excuse and opened a support ticket. The support was gonna give a callback, that never haplened. why would IT supoort call the customer? It was TOLD how to change the flight. They never called back, assuming the customer will buy a new ticket. This is how they are cheper...
