I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a flight through FlightNetwork, Upon realizing that I needed to cancel tickets for three out of four persons on my booking, I promptly made the request. However, instead of accommodating my request, FlightNetwork did the exact opposite, leaving me utterly frustrated and disappoited but also charged exorbitant fees for changes and cancellations, applied per person. I cannot recommend FlightNetwork to anyone for flight booking services.

I was fooled by this app on another level. Few things about their "Free Cancellation": 1. It's NOT FREE because you only receive a voucher worth of 90% what you paid for. No warning on the booking site about cash being non-refundable at all 2. The voucher excludes the costs of the Cancellation Guarantee and any additional services 3. Capped at S$3736/person or S$7471/booking 4. Can't be used if entering the Portal via price comparison sites. And NONE were highlighted when I made the booking 🙂

Scam. 100% deceptive false advertising. I booked a flight, They lied about the transfer in China, they booked me a domestic transfer in an international flight, had to get a temporary chinese visa and check my bags in and out of customs 3 time. Avoid this company at all costs. I had 3 seperate tickets. They changed the time of my flights 3 times. I feel bad for the poor airchina staff that had to fix their massive screw ups of booking me flight that left before i was meant to arrive.
