Please dont install this app if you want your money to be safe. One in two transactions are getting failed, and once you log the case, it will take 7 working days to fix the issue. I have transferred money in wallet but it didn't reflect. After 2 hrs, when I call customer care, they inform amt transferd but due to a technical issue it is not reflecting. Now I have to wait for 7 days so they can fix it, frustrating 😤

just can't register. Gave me some "image not found" error after a bunch of retries, had entered my email address and had set up the pin as well. after that, I just didn't have the patience to go through the whole procedure again. EDIT - they charge you for inactivity and there is no option to delete account. Support helpline email is useless too. Absolutely dirty tactics.

I have used this app for international remittance and was able to do it for couple of time successfully, and the last time i did i lost my money because of application issue. My money was deducted from my a/c and it was not credited back to my account or e&money wallet. I have raised 2 complaints as of now and it has been more than a month still there has been no response from the team. All details of failed transaction including bank statement have been provided, still no use.
