Even negative star is not suitable for this. Every time showing password wrong, then later with the same password is able to login. To go to rewards page i am not able to login with the same username & password. Contact customer care, no positive progress. Accumalated points are going to expire.

Poorly implemented, does not function properly. Check-in at times clobbered. No access to customer service. Unreliable mileage even take away expiring miles. Not a good feeling for Mr. Prefer more generous airlines.

Not able to book the ticket, app got restarts when we look for passport details or for any details. App switching not working.
