I've been having the same issue since September 2023. It's never been resolved. I call in frequently to no avail. It leaves all my trips in the status of Trip Calculating, or doesn't record them at all. What use is the app if it doesn't function as it should? I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, done all troubleshooting suggested, and nothing has changed. What a waste of time! My phone is a Samsung S23 Ultra. So frustrated!

This app has increasingly gotten worse over the years and I'm certain is no longer compatible with current OS's. I have roughly 40 'trips calculating' and maybe 8 actual logged trips after deleting and starting from scratch multiple times. Calling in my issue did not help either. The app simply does not work and needs a serious update.

The idea around this app is great but it's implementation and accuracy seems to get worse very few updates. The data is fairly inaccurate as I'm seeing hard/extreme braking events where they simply aren't possible and speeding events at points where I was stuck in heavy traffic with an average speed of 9mph (according to Waze at the time). The actual DriveSense devices that attach to your car are SIGNIFICANTLY more accurate. I would love the option to have one of those instead.
