We love this app for the functionality. However you guys are really falling short on support. We paid for a annual subscription two weeks ago, and emailed as well, but still haven't received any app activation. Edit: Update - after I posted here, I've got a lightening fast response and resolution for my issue. Amazing!!

Prajakta, We don't encourage sharing private info through the public platform. However, I did find your account and it is under your gmail using the Google Sign-In button. This means there is no password, you must sign in using the Google sign-in button and the email used to purchase. Hint: aditya

The description of the subscription should be clarified further. When they say you can have two profiles it does not mean across two devices. I have tried to ask for a refund and hope I can get my money back or my subscription transferred to my general account. edit: the support team was about to transfer it to my generic email so I could login on two devices. Quick service and good customer support

By far the best math app I've seen. Very popular with the kids too. A real win-win situation. Hint: For weak readers, I recommend the highest kindergarten level instead of the 1st grade level. 1st grade level requires reading some instructions and it simply became too frustrating. There are some voice recorded instructions in the first grade level, but not enough for dyslexic kids. Also, the color palette and decor for 1st grade somehow dissappointed my kid. It felt more melancholy somehow. I would LOVE to see material that introduces 100 vs 10 vs 1 and how you line them up when adding vertically and why you do so (don't know what that is called). There are some levels (in the free practise section) that address the subject but they all assume previous teaching and they don't do that introduction per se. Would that be possible?

Jenny, thank you for your honest review. I wanted to share with a couple of options that may be helpful. We offer a font for dyslexia in settings, go to the Parents Dashboard and click on the child profile you would like to edit. For more practice with 100 vs. 10 vs. 1, we recommend your child select the Rocket Launch game under Free Choice.
