Love the content, BUT! Did the app developers think that they didn't want to follow the same (proven and effective) format of other streaming network apps (ie NF and AP)? Bad move. On my desktop, there is no option to stay logged in. I have to click on at least three different areas before I can even log in. I have to select a show first before I get the option to log in. The settings tab has NOTHING - it should include settings for subtitles, autoplay, and login details. Nope. I cannot turn autoplay off, so if I fall asleep it basically finishes a season. THEN if I find the episode where I left off, I can't click on that episode because it starts it at the END and automatically goes into the next episode. I have to click the episode BEFORE it, and FFWD to the end of it so it autoplays into the episode I actually want to view. THEN I have to get up every single episode at the beginning to turn off captions. The PHONE app HAS NO PAUSE BUTTON!!!!??? WHAT? Are you kidding me? I have to open up a web browser to stop playback. This is hands down the most disorganized un-well-thought-out app I have ever encountered in my life. I hope that with the induction of RuPaul's DR their profit margin increases enough to have a major overhaul of the app on both platforms. PLEASE do not try to be different when it comes to app layout. Things that work, work. It's good to be different and original, but NOT on practical things. Their approach is like a grocery store who tries to be 'different' than the others, and doesn't group their items together. Different milk percentages are all over the store and the apples are with the bread, but the oranges are with the mustard. Don't even get me started on where the ketchup is!

App works worse than the website does. I think I've somehow created an account for both of my emails now. When logging in to the app, a grey bar pops up across the bottom as if its trying to give me an error or message, but it's blank.Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck. I can use the website version through Chrome, but I have to re-login constantly, the stream to my tv always crashes or starts over / skips episodes. Infuriating.

Performance is abysmal. Videos buffer for 20 seconds every minute or more. Same problem with the app on chromecast, PC or Android. No connection issues, high speed wifi won't help. Also, no way to lower the quality so it plays without buffering. This app is awful and not getting better at all. You better stream from elsewhere if you can.
