Had a hard time connecting the doorbell with the app. But managed somehow! Only I have to wait at least a minute before the app connects to the camera and most people left already by that time and it takes 2,5 minutes to open Events... could you speed it up? Also an option to mute the doorbell, or at least quiet it down if possible. It's very noisy. Otherwise, good job!

Super frustrating. Again the 3 days free storage has disappeared. Now asked to subscribe for storage to enable me to view recordings. This has happened several times in the past and been resolved by customer services, who informed me it was a server update error. For a week I'm unable to view videos. It is just a glorified doorbell. There is no possibility to add an sd card to the doorbell. Useless! Customer servs tell me to contact the seller of the doorbell?! Please resolve this issue :(

Cheaper than more well known options and the old saying of "you get what you pay for" fits perfectly. Very limited and inaccurate, connection quality frequently getting messed up by "updates". For example since the most recent update, after dark the camera is unable to find a live signal to display but does make a manual video and ONLY since the last update. Also the detection and alert settings will just change themselves. Batteries went from 5-6 days to 1-2 after 5 months.
