About this game

In a Slitherlink puzzle your goal is to form a single loop through the game field using numerical clues.

You can read more about the history and rules in Wikipedia.

In addition to classic square grids of different sizes and difficulties this implementation of Slitherlink offers hexagon, pentagon and mixed grids. Try solving those, it may require different ways of thinking.

Automatic coloring of clues and lines helps thinking, but can be turned off for more classic look and tougher challenge.

I really enjoy this game. I'd describe it as similar to minesweeper or sudoku. But really it's own thing and it deserves to be recognized as a timeless classic. The rules are simple to learn, but as you play the game more you find yourself recognizing (really deriving) patterns and that mental lexicon of patterns enables you to see more and more in the puzzle game. This is free and even comes with different Slitherlink grids which add to the variety.

This is a really fun game. Hard puzzles are challenging, but very rewarding after you figure it out. I just wish I could toggle the median time not to show, because I don't care about it and it stresses me out. I only want to know how long I've taken, not in comparison to the standard time other people can complete it. Also, I don't know how to access past puzzles, or if it's even possible to. I'd like a page showing what you've completed.

I love this game - I probably play it too much! One thing though, as I never guess or use checkpoints, I have a lot of incomplete games. Over time, as skills improve, I like to revisit old games - least recent first. It would be GREAT if the left-right game selection buttons wrapped around, so I wouldn't have to press "right" over 100 times to get to the old game. Incidentally, ordering the game by last used rather than age is perfect - don't change that, just please allow selection wraparound!
