3 starts for navigation and speed of the application. App sometimes ask for update while open the app, once clicked, it does not update anything. App gets logged out after few hours, then have to login again. Thanks to finger print login option otherwise it is very annoying to search for the number for login and enter password each time. One more point, for login, you could have given option to login with mobile number or email. It is very hard to remember the number provided. All apps give same

What's the point of having this app if it keeps crashing on login? You can't do anything with it until it is fixed. No matter how useful and innovative your app might be, it's absolutely useless if we cannot even get past the login screen. And there is no other option to get your results. This is really inconvenient and frustrating, especially when I have taken a covid test for traveling and the results are valid for only 48hours. Fix this!!!

Very poor services. Visited the Karama branch recently, the service from the clinic staff was disappointingly slow. Despite having an appointment, the wait times were excessively long. The token number system lacked organization, resulting in confusion and frustration. Experienced a situation where my number was called by mistake, leading to unnecessary back-and-forth. A more efficient and systematic approach to calling out token numbers is needed to improve the overall experience.
