My name is Shane Ellison. I am a chemist, author, pilot, husband and father of 4. My FREE 18-Minute Workout is what my family uses to “get more for less.” I used it to win a jiu-jitsu world championship. My wife used it to win The Arnold Amateur, after having 2 kids. Content is great but there is a few things that can improve from an app's perspective. 1. Sound should have mute option. 2. I wish the countdown can be ran as a background as well, since once I switch the app to a different app during the middle of break time, the app countdown stops (Countdown only happens when the app is the most top app that is running) 3. I wish there is skip option and redo option between the sessions. 4. It would be even better if this can be synced with Google fit.

I am obese- so the reps are way fewer about 30 secs for the 1st two days. But only 1 minute rest ( used my on timer) wanted to get back to it when I felt, OK) Today I got to about 45 secs on 2nd of 1st exercise; the rest was 30 secs. Rubbery legs. Using filled milk jug & deflated basketball. Have a slam ball - that goes live next week. Thanks This is an obtainable goal and scalable once I gain strength & endurance.

Good, compact total body workout. Cardio is fantastic. Maintenance and advanced levels are nice and challenging. Nice to have on the phone to change up you gym routine, as well. Easy to use anywhere with just a medicine ball. Efficient.
