If you have another rideshare / carshare option, you should use that instead. In the past 3 months, more than half the reservations I have made through this app have been canceled, often with only 2-3 hours of advance notice. Their vehicles seem to just be unreliable. Customer support does their best but ability to compensate me for my extra costs is limited.

My experience using this app has been absolutely flawless. This is my must have app when I need to get a vehicle on short notice anytime of anyday. Theres just one improvement that will make this star shine brighter, and that would be to add a feature were a person can have more then one debit or credit card on file As oppose to just having one. PLEASE ADD THAT FEATURE.

Cars not where they are supposed to be. Cars not unlocking properly. And when I try and just go through normal enterprise instead to rent a car, they give me a car club car anyway and then because I already have a car club account, I can't log into the temporary one they gave (they didn't even give me the temporary car club member ID in the email) š®āšØ very done with this company. They seem convenient but they're not. This product is underdeveloped and shouldn't be out of beta testing
