Once received the sensor looked as though it was used had adhesive on it. Got it to connect the first night only had 1 bar on the battery life. After 7.5 hours states it didn't work basically second night wore it worked fine. Third day to make up for the first day thing wouldn't stay on. Deleted, shut off phone, reinstalled and now the device won't turn on at all. What a waste of time, I'm shipping it back. Hope they don't expect payment for this horrible product.

The biggest waste of time ever! It worked the first night then proceeded to lose connection every night after and not record some of the worst nights of sleep I've had. What a waste of time, no support to help and keeping the sensor on my finger overnight for a week straight really irritated my nail bed on the finger it was attached to. Thanks for wasting my time and no results.

The app worked for two nights before glitching out when I connected a physical keyboard to fill out the sleep journal. After that, it refuses to record another night; I can get to the last panel of preparation and tap the button (it even provides visual feedback), but nothing happens. Why did I attach the physical keyboard? Because the app doesn't adapt to the on-screen keyboard, which means that the sleep journal was covered and I couldn't see what I was typing.
