I opened an account through a referral link a few days ago. I was supposed to receive the $30cash back after spending $30+ through the app, but it was never added to my account. For days, II've been trying to connect with a person to help with this issue, but the customer service seems automated. It keeps repeating the same requests. I oblige. Then it tells me that I was credited. I can't get any answers. The customer service phone number online just tells you to get help through the app.

Update: I have done what has been suggested several times and still an issue. In addition, while shopping on certain stores, especially Nike, majority of the items I want to look at do not load and show an error message. It doesn't happen when I look at the item on Nike app or browser so I know it's an app issue. I'm not sure what's changed but the app runs incredibly slow.

Liked it better before when cash back used to just sit in my account and I can request a payout whenever I wanted. The app needs a few things though. it'd be nice if there was a shopping trip history. I made a purchase recently but I don't see that cash back reflecting on my account. but.. there is no way to go back and confirm it.

Thank you for providing this feedback. We plan on updating the way Members view Shopping Trips in future updates to our app. You can currently find a list of your Shopping Trips by going to My Account (Person Icon) > Missing Cash Back. From there, you will see a list of all your Shopping Trips (check marked ones are tied to reported Cash Back).
