You'll hear modern and classic rock, world music, electronica, even a bit of classical and jazz - with no random computer-generated playlists, needless chatter, or commercials. The mix always includes a carefully-selected assortment of new songs & artists, many of which you won't hear anywhere else.
Our specialty is taking a diverse assortment of songs and making them flow together in a way that makes sense harmonically, rhythmically, and lyrically an art that, to us, is the very essence of radio. A very fiddly app that 'freezes' randomly despite trying multiple settings to alleviate the issue - but otherwise good music, a truly creative mix, genuinely ad-free, but often overly repeated, just like radio. This app has not had an update in ages, and I read on their website in response to a query, William, RP's main man, has suggested not using the app, but otherwise streaming from their website. "It is outdated and shouldn't be on the Play Store," he said, something to that affect.

Needless to say that this radio station is amazing. But the app is top notch as well. The offline listening for up to 12 hours per cache block is a godsend on longer trips. Passengers often complement me on the music choice, in the worst case you can skip songs just like on the website. Have not had any crashes or issues on older Android phone.

Very disappointed with latest app update! I have used the Radio Paradise app for years and always loved the interactive features, but now they're all gone. Now the app just basically redirects you to the website. No more ability to toggle back a song or two to read or write comments, read lyrics, view ratings, etc. If these features return, I'll bump up my rating. Still, the best radio station on the internet. But the interactive aspects of the old app were part of the experience!
