The devices look slick and are really nice to use, but their technology is absolutely abysmal. Integration only worked half the time with Google and I've contacted them a few times trying to see when they would support the new industry standard of Matter and I've been told by them that they don't feel like it's important. To which point I think it will cause them to lag behind and eventually become irrelevant. I'm sad to see great design just go down the toilet because they can't keep up..

Great quality products. Good working app with lots of functionality and has always been improved and evolved. Fantastic customer service. Good example of a company doing the right things and being customer focused.

Every time not responding and have to reconnect or lights stay on and won't turn off after some time buly it self and cames back normal
