Being a customer since 2007, this is very disappointing Dynadot! This app is garbage, better off just using the mobile site instead. Tried to order a domain, but it disappeared when I placed the order. I couldn't find it anywhere in Manage Domains, which shows all my current domains but nothing else. I couldn't even find my invoices or placed orders. I ended up going back to using the mobile website instead, much easier and simple, click summary and all the information you need is there.

Hello, we're sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order. Typically, if the domain isn't found in Manage Domains, the payment wasn't fulfilled. The Order Log page is used in this case to complete the order (My Account -> My Info -> Order Log). Please reach out to our support team with the order ID and we'd be happy to look further into this.

Since downloading the update the confirm buttons have vanished, you try and apply some TLD filter within the domain search and you can't click OK or confirm as the buttons have vanished. This year its been one problem after another with dynadot. As a client who spends 4 figures with them, the lack of customer care has been ridiculous.

How is it that top level companies in the IT industry have the worst mobile apps? There are apps that record daily bathroom habits that have an easier to use and more functional UI than domain service sites. It just doesn't make sense.
