Really terrible experience with this platform. After confirming my order, it was cancelled the next day stating that merchant is unable to fulfil your order. What's worse, the items I wanted are still available, but now at different prices. It seems like sellers here get to pick & choose which orders they want to fulfill, making the whole thing super unreliable. I reached out to customer support to see if they could help. If I don't get any, I don't think I'll be using this platform again

If i had the option not to add any star i would do that. The worst online shopping experience I faced is on this app. To return cereal boxes since received wrong, took more than 10 days to check and confirm. Even though it's either the app or the merchant mistake. And to wait for the money refund also 10 to 14 days.. after calling more than 5 times and sending many emails finally the refund took place. Not to forget that no one reads emails, you always receive the same reply. That was awful !!!!

Big promises in delivery and quality services . Its painful to track the orders.Not only my order was delayed for the last 7 days and they mercant even had the audacity to increase the price as per his wish. I will contact DED for the price justification. Besides that ever using this app ever.
