Omg!!!!! I have been with dollarbank for 26 years and all of a sudden when I try to log in it says "Problem has occurred" so I assumed that there was maintenance being done on the app. No!!!! I've tried everything uninstall, reinstall, closing other apps etc......fix this or I'm out!!!!!!! And with the other reviews I see I won't be the only one!!!! Word travel fast

Most features are the same. I guess the biggest bummer for me are the text alerts. I used to get a text each time a transaction occurred. That feature has been made more complicated and i was getting texts when the inital transaction occurred and then when it posted. It became confusing so I just stopped the alerts. I was getting like 15-20 texts a day with the new app. I just wanted to monitor the activity in case my card were to be stolen again.

The keys on my phone and the fields in the display fields are both very small. As an older customer with typical reading issues, inputting passwords correctly can be challenging. Your app makes ir much more so because there is no option to see what you have entered. Was it a typo? Wrong password? Seeing what I typed would help. Please change this. Thank you. Once I get past data entry, the app is good so three starts overall.
