The kia charge service is fine, but too basic app, didn't really provides a good experience for travel planning, icons for the charging points have the size of cities, when planning the trip it didn't gets your current battery level and dissent suggest in what charging station to stop ..... All in all for a random charge the service is fine for traveling etc it is not the app to go.

The rates on the easy charge app are more than direct with the retailer and as per the reviews below you can't send to the route planner in your car. If you pay for the plus app, yes the rates are 15% lower than easy, but only slightly less than those direct with the charger. Not as great value as it makes out to be.

It sucks, that it is a separate application from Kia connect. The route planning can not be sent to the car or Kia connect, so utilizing the route planning means using Google Maps, but that means you can not use the heads-up displays is not usable. Login is very broken. When login, it keeps saying wrong login. Just to be sure I use the correct password, I go via the forgot password procedure, guess what, it still say wrong login. The kia charge service itself is great, the app is just not good!
