this online process is daunting. I spent 2 days applying and uploading docomments just to get to the end of the application for it to say that my application is incomplete and if I wanted to make sure that it was processed, I had until a month later to do so , but it did not provide what was needed for the application to be considered complete.

does not work properly. specialist ignore the verifications for months. sends notices and messages days later. this app sucks!!!!

I filled out half of 1 of my applications. I came back to complete and it freezes on the last q. The app itself isn't frozen. It navigates me to where I am on the app and then it will simply not intake the answer. when I try to move forward it says I need to answer then it continues to not intake the answer so I simply cannot proceed. other than this glitch it was working fine. Nothing on my phone is frozen but once I hit that page it's a dead page. It's been days now.
