What I like in this app is its simplicity and straightforward approach. I use only one function, "create your own workout" and it takes 10 seconds to create one. There is no option to save created workouts but that is OK because this way I have to decide every day which exercises to include, and set duration for each. It helps me to pay more attention to my body needs and avoid excessive strain. There is 1 ad before starting a workout, and 1 ad after the workout. No other ads at random times.

I first found the 5 minute plank on Google home then got the app. It is a life saver. When you don't have lots of time you can turn to this app to help get in a lite workout and after time the results start to show and you begin to look forward to using it. Gotta go 5 minute plank is calling.

A good, lightweight core workout app. Ads don't play until after you finish your routine. Doesn't use my phone's calendar to check if I've trained my core muscles today, or nag me with alerts. Edit: I don't know what the update a few days ago did, but now when I try open a workout the app closes.
