Absolutely horrible app. I have an account that I set up on a web browser and wanted to use the app for easy access. I've tried logging in at least 20 times and I get a server error each time. I do not have a network or phone service issue and no issues with other apps. This company really isn't great and the app is even worse. Unfortunately my employer uses this company, so I have no choice but to participate. If I could give the app zero stars, I would.

When I call customer support, they can see all claims in my account. I cannot see them in the app and I cannot see them online. The website only works with Chrome, which would be fine if they would tell you. And customer service is only able to send the copies by paper mail, not email. Which makes the website and the app pretty useless. I was super happy with Davis Vision until I tried logging into the account. Phone support is great. But that 21st century stuff still needs a lot of work.

Worst app and website I've ever used! Can't log In. Even customer service couldn't figure it out. They kept transferring me to different ppl and hung up on me numerous times. I have been on the phone since 11a it's now 2p and Nothing hasn't been done!!! I'm beyond frustrated! And definately changing providers in the new enrollment.
