I used to find Darebee workouts on Pinterest, but since that app has turned for the worst, I thought I'd look to see if Darebee has an app. And this is it!! The only downsides: it lacks quite the variety that Pinterest gave me the impression of. Also, I'd recommend better filtering into leg/arm/abs/cardio etc, not to mention levels of difficulty. A bunch of the sets on the app are super intense, and for people trying to lose weight, like I have been, it needs easier stuff too. No ads though!

This app is great for convenience purposes. I like the randomized section since I enjoy surprises and random challenges. The app has a timer like it does on the website, which is convenient. However, I do prefer the website and will use that more often than this since there are more functions. It would be great to see functions like daily challenge, programs, and awards and badges added to the app. I continue to appreciate the free access!

I discovered DAREBEE a decade ago while looking for 5 min abs/back workouts and it was too hard at the time but super fun to do. I'm excited and very happy they made the app - found out I can now do level 1 without running out of stamina so what a wonderful time to have a free app without ads and hundreds of workouts to experiment with! As I recall, the web version also ranked them by star difficulty though you'll definitely learn which is which very soon đ
