The app is a good idea but it's badly implemented. When I try to upload my vaccine certificate it complains for small differences in the name that anyone should be able to dismiss. The app is thought for anglo users and not for international ones. Really poor thought behind. On another note, the app should consider vaccination schemes and boosters that could have been completed in different countries. Again, poor case exploration and implementation of poor solutions.

after spending an hour on this, I hope it pays off in future trips. being less time consuming. you do need to wander back and forth through the app clicking all the hot links to make sure that everything is taken care of. The integration with their American airlines is not great, difficult to jump from American airlines to verify, I had to manually start the app on my phone.

Utterly useless app. The description feels extremely misleading. It states that it will streamline your check-in experience, which sounds like it will allow online check-in. This DOES NOT allow online check-in, you still have to go to the counter. This app is just a glorified check-list, and does not work for connecting flights. Each leg of the trip has to be input separately, which means it may list documents you don't actually need (like extra tests, which can cost hundreds of dollars).
