The app is nice but it could use some work. In a lot of situations it seems like it is lacking of critical information when diagnosing technical issues with Daikin equipment. The service documents are vague and sometimes feels like things are missing so I have found daikin city more reliable for more complete service manuals but it would be nicer to have it in this format for using on the smartphone while out in the field and on the go.

App needs a bit of work , but I really appreciate the effort. Loads very slow, even with great wifi access. Clear drop dowm menus with accurate labeling would be wonderful as well as quick loading time. All equipment and titles could be loaded on the initial app with the bulk of the information downloadable. Menus and titles again could instantly populate as they are on the loaded app. It would let the installer know if the information is even availible. When fully accessible the rest would come

Not sure how well the app works. Couldn't even set up an account without wasting an hour of my day.
