Update 2: bug resulting in music not playing in background is a issue with Android operating system. Apparently sometimes android forgets it's settings and will not be capable of resetting unless app is uninstalled. Afterwards selecting the correct settings works. This is the third time I've seen google break android in the last couple updates. These faults are getting more and more severe and none are getting addressed. Makes one want to use 3rd party OS. 5 stars!

Hi, PowerPlayer app supports playing music at background.
After you started the music playback, tap Android's "Home" button but not [Back] button to leave the app screen, the app will keep the music playback active at background.

I have the app on my phone. I am logged into the cloud. I can see my music. I get to where I see the individual tunes. I click on play.....absolutely nothing happens. Tried this over and over. Checked my permissions and those are good. So I downgraded the app even further. Note that I can play my music from the browser, but not from the app.

Hi, After quick check, most of our users didn't encounter the same condition when streaming on CyberLink Cloud in the app. Pls consider uninstalling the app, restart your phone, then re-install to check again.

I noticed that My files on the local device buffer. It's already downloaded. Why would it be buffering? I do like the cyber cloud. It works well. The desktop program also works very well
