It's been numerous times trying to access my banking account with no success. No excuse since two months with such a problem. Personally visited the sucursal and the same response. I have an andriod celular phone which works perfectly, but the app from the bank it's making imposibke to work with. Very disappointing and probably looking for an alternative to move to another financial institude.

Una de las aplicaciones que no tiene valor. Siempre tiene problema con la contraseña. No piedad el tiempo usar esta aplicaciónon. One of the worse app from this bank. I have to constantly change the passcode because it is wrong. Have to call the bank for them to reset it so I can update it. Don't bother using this app or their website.

Difficulty opening my car loan Payment info. Also i have two cellphone's with this app but i can't open one account in one of the cellphones.
